How the pricing works

1.Upload capacity — We store your whole product list in RetailX and keep it updated daily. The first 5 000 products are free. We bring in everything at once so that when you want to track new products, they're already there — no need to upload again.

2.Tracked products — These are the products we actually check against your competitors every day. You choose which ones matter most.

3.Competitors — How many other websites you want us to compare your prices against.

What's the difference between upload and tracked products?

Upload capacity is how many products you can store in your RetailX catalogue. Tracked products are the ones we actively monitor against competitors every day. Your plan includes 35 tracked products and you only pay for extras beyond that.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes — adjust storage, tracked products, and competitors any time. Your monthly total updates automatically.

How often are prices updated?

RetailX checks tracked competitor pages daily and logs every change.

How do I add competitor URLs?

Paste them, upload a CSV, or let our AI auto-match your products to competitor sites for you.

What are AI credits?

AI credits power the AI product URL auto-matching and AI insights features. Each credit is used when the AI matches a product to a competitor page or generates an insight. AI credits are purchased as an in-app upgrade, so you only pay for what you need.

Is there a contract?

No. Month-to-month. Cancel any time.

Are prices VAT inclusive?

For South African clients paying in ZAR, all prices shown include 15% South African VAT. International clients paying in USD, GBP or EUR see prices excluding SA VAT and may be responsible for any local taxes in their own country.
