1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. We also use related browser storage such as localStorage and sessionStorage. This page covers all of them and describes the current behaviour of this website.
2. Strictly necessary
These keep the site working and cannot be switched off. They keep you signed in to the admin and partner portals, protect forms against abuse, and remember an in-progress quote or package you built so it is still there when you come back.
3. Preferences
These remember choices you made — for example your selected country and currency on the pricing page, whether you chose monthly or yearly billing, and dashboard appearance settings for signed-in users.
4. Analytics and session replay
We record which pages are viewed, how visitors move between them, and how forms such as pricing and signup are used, including a replay of on-page interactions on our own site. This helps us find confusing steps and fix them. Passwords and banking fields are excluded from capture.
5. Referral and campaign attribution
When you arrive from a partner link or a marketing campaign we store the referring source and campaign parameters so that a signup can be credited to the right partner or campaign. This identifier stays on your device for a limited period and is linked to your enquiry only if you submit a form.
6. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by the services we use to run the site — hosting, our database and authentication provider, and the tools used to schedule demos and deliver email. Those providers set cookies under their own policies.
7. Managing cookies
Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and clear local storage, usually under Settings, Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break signing in and saved quotes. Clearing them will also remove any partner referral credit stored on your device.
